8 pm Glee (Fox) | Repeat to Revisit: Cory Monteith shines in this episode, in which Finn and Mr. Schue battle it out, boy-band style, with a mash-up of N’Sync’s “Bye Bye Bye” and Backstreet Boys’ “I Want It That Way.”

9 pm Project Runway (Lifetime) | Modern Family‘s Jesse Tyler Ferguson guest-judges the contestants as they pull together a look based on bowties from his Tie The Knot civil rights-advocacy organization.

9 pm Burn Notice (USA Network) | Michael and the team rush to nab an antidote before a Middle Eastern diplomat succumbs to poisoning by Libyan extremists. David Meunier (Justified) guest-stars.

9 pm The Winner Is (NBC) | Season finale: Winners from previous episodes battle for the $1 million prize. (Not yet renewed.)
